Christine Courtney is a facilitator, coach, and the President of The Leadership Program (TLP), as well as the Founder and CEO of Leadership Development Partners (LDP). LDP delivers impactful leadership development training and coaching that helps companies engage employees in continued learning and growth.

Christine is a magical combination of educator, business leader, and performer. She began her career as an actor and teaching artist, choosing to supplement her living by working in NYC classrooms and corporate HR instead of waiting tables. She worked her way up the ranks at TLP all the way to the helm and has been running the company for 20 years. Today, she leads an executive team of six and an organization of more than 200 employees.
In addition to leading TLP and LDP, Christine facilitates leadership development workshops and off-sites for companies, and coaches leaders around the globe. She has an obsessive passion for helping people step into their leadership and make positive change in their lives and in the world.
